Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the experience starting. The Zoo will be closed at this time and a Ranger will come and collect you.

Restrictions

Minimum age 8 years. Children aged 8–15 are required to attend with a paying adult.

1 adult per 2 children. Children aged 16+ do not require adult supervision.

Covered shoes must be worn.

Spend a wonderful morning with the herd

Go behind-the-scenes for an unforgettable morning with the elephants and their keepers. Visit one of our Elephant Barns, watch a training session up close, and learn how we care for these incredible animal in their new, world-leading habitat at Werribee Open Range Zoo.

Each experience will be unique, allowing our keepers to let the individual animals shine and give them the choice to control how they participate. If you’re an Elephant lover, this is one not to be missed!
