Werribee Open Range Zoo’s Kids Party Packages are perfect for kids aged two to ten.
We offer a range of both indoor and outdoor venue options throughout the zoo and our package includes a food and beverage attendant, a child friendly menu and fun activities. And we don't forget the parents with an adult friendly menu that can be pre-ordered.
Our experienced zoo events team can also organise entertainment and theming to ensure your child’s birthday is a memorable one.

Kids Party Package Prices
Package prices include:
- Up to 10 children and 2 adults*
- Room/Venue hire
- Catering for up to 10 children and $80 on adult catering
- Plus, all the additional inclusions listed above
Additional children are charged at $50 per child.
Member bookings receive 10% off package prices and a complimentary lolly cup for each child guest.*
*A ratio of 1 adult to 4 children is required.
*Lolly cup promotion only applicable for birthday parties booking in November and December 2025.
MEERKAT BISTRO PARTY PACKAGE*
$930 | Member Price: $837
Perfect for up to 30 guests with no more than 20 children. This is a shared public space and overlooks the Meerkats.
*Some spaces are not available during school holidays and public holidays.
ELEPHANT TRAIL PARTY PACKAGE
$930 | Member Price: $837
Perfect for 40 guests up to 20 children. Tree Fern Shelter or Grevillea Shelter are the newest additions to the Elephant Trail and look over the Elephants new Waterhole at Werribee Open Range Zoo.
HIPPO BOMA PARTY PACKAGE
$930 | Member Price: $837
Perfect for 50 guests up to 25 children. Overlooking the Hippos and waterplay, this outdoor covered space is a fun African themed space. Only available for morning session.
CHONGOLA HUT PARTY PACKAGE
$955 | Member Price: $859.50
A large African themed undercover space perfect for up to 100 guests with no more than 40 children. Located next to the playground this space comes with picnic tables and chairs to seat 40 people.
Ticketing
Additional adults (outside the 2 adults included in the package) attending the function must purchase admission tickets to the Zoo. We offer a 50% discount when you purchase tickets 10 days prior to the function date. After this date, no changes or additions/refunds can be made. Please email zooevents@restaurantassociates.com.au if you wish to receive the discounted tickets.
If you missed the deadline, you’ll need to purchase admission tickets here at full price.
If you are an Adult Zoo Member, you can use your Membership to gain entry.
