Australian Wildlife Experience - Koala
Spend an unforgettable afternoon, spotlighting Australia’s unique mammal and bird ambassador species.
In this exclusive experience, our knowledgeable keepers will guide you through the koala exhibit where you’ll get the opportunity to meet one of our resident koalas...or perhaps even all of them! Afterwards continue your guided journey by visiting our resident mob of kangaroos.
Venture into the mysterious underground, nocturnal world of wombats, as they get cosy in their burrows. Keep your eyes and ears open for the melodies of native marine, rainforest birdlife as you enter the historic Great Flight Aviary, the largest aviary in the southern hemisphere. Before finally finishing your adventure by entering into the quiet serenity of the Platypus House.
Each encounter will be unique, allowing our keepers to let the individual animals shine and give them the choice to control how they participate.
Please note that, for Animal Welfare reasons, physical contact with the koalas is not permitted during this experience.
